The goal of this campaign was to increase sales of the keychain remote to current AT&T Digital Life home security and automation customers. The client wanted to send an email campaign and a direct mail piece, so we created an integrated campaign for maximum exposure and efficacy. The "scratch off" tactic was a fun animated visual in the email, and it was also a very successful interactive physical piece where the recipient actually got to scratch to reveal the deal on the postcard. This campaign drove our highest response rate ever to date. The customer call volume took down the AT&T call center, as it wasn't adequately prepared. We called this a huge success!
