App Engagement Self-Mailer
This is a direct mail marketing piece sent to existing AT&T Digital Life home security and automation customers. The goal of this piece was to drive customers to interact with their services via the Digital Life app. We ideated on two different concepts and formats. This was the concept the client chose. It is a 5" x 7" self-mailer with 12 total pages. We highlighted features that we knew customers already loved, and also ones we felt like weren't being utilized to their fullest potential. FUN FACT: Our client was thrilled when she ran into an old friend several months later that coincidentally received and had kept this direct mail piece. We agreed this was a testament to its usefulness and success!
